Delete your Palmuse account
This page is the official account-deletion resource for the Palmuse app, operated by Weiwei Jia. You can request permanent deletion without reinstalling the app.

Request deletion by email
Send your request from the email address linked to your Palmuse account when possible. Include the sign-in email address and write “Delete my Palmuse account” in your message.

- Send the request using the button above or your email app.
- We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.
- We normally complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
Never send your password, payment-card details, or palm photos. There is no fee for an account-deletion request.
Delete directly in the app
If you still have access to Palmuse, open Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently deletes the authenticated account and associated Palmuse data. Guest users can choose Delete Guest Data in the same area.
Data deleted with your account
- Your Palmuse account and authentication record.
- Profile settings and account-linked identifiers.
- Saved palm analyses, generated results, and reading history.
- Palm Match sessions, analyses, and results linked to the account.
- Account-linked usage events, feedback, purchase-access records, and entitlements held by Palmuse.
Palm photos are temporary processing files and are deleted within 24 hours under Palmuse’s normal retention process. Account deletion does not delete your Google Account, Stripe account, or transaction records that Google Play or Stripe must retain independently.
Limited data that may be retained
Palmuse may retain only records that must be kept for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. Accounting or transaction records required by applicable German law may be retained for up to eight years. Deletion-request correspondence and minimal security records may be kept only as long as needed to document and protect the deletion process.
Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not used for product personalization or marketing. They are deleted when the applicable retention period expires. See the Palmuse Privacy Policy for more information.
