What to include
- Your app version and device type.
- The feature you were using: Quick Reading, Full Palm Report, or Palm Match.
- A short description of what happened.
- For purchase access issues, include the App Store order ID if available.
- Never include payment card details in support emails.
Purchase access
If a paid report cannot be completed because of a service error, Palmuse restores the related in-app entitlement so you can try again. Palmuse does not provide an in-app cash-return flow.
Account and data requests
You can use Palmuse as a guest for supported flows. If you contact us about account deletion, privacy, or data access, please write from the email address linked to your Palmuse account when possible.
Privacy reminder
Palm photos are used only for the reading or match flow you request and are deleted within 24 hours. Palm Match invite links expire within the same 24-hour window.
